Delivery Information

Yamaha Music Bangladesh is delighted to provide complimentary home delivery services within the Dhaka metropolitan area for purchases exceeding 20,000 BDT. This gesture underscores our commitment to customer convenience and satisfaction. For deliveries outside of Dhaka, customers are kindly requested to initiate contact with their nearest Sundarban Courier Service hub in order to facilitate the collection of their chosen products.

Upon receiving of the product at the courier hub, customers are advised to conduct a thorough inspection of the item in the presence of the designated courier personnel. In the event that any damage is observed as a result of transportation, it is imperative that the customer promptly notifies all relevant parties, including Yamaha Music Bangladesh, without delay. Failure to report such issues in a timely manner may exempt Yamaha Music Bangladesh from liability for any ensuing damage.

Inside Dhaka 3 to 5 working days.

Outside Dhaka  - 7 to 10 working days.
